Estero, FL - Thomas David Foulke, 77, loving husband, father and grandfather passed into Heaven on January 9, 2022 at home after a long battle with cancer.
A resident of Estero, FL, formerly from Binghamton, NY, he leaves behind wife of 54 years, Joyce (Moore) Foulke; son, Bryan T. Foulke; daughter, Michele L. (Shelly) Foulke; daughter-in-law, Michele A. (Pickert) Foulke; sister, Joanne F. Newman; and many nieces and nephews. Thomas dearly loved his grandsons; Tyler B. Foulke, Zachary T. Foulke; Aaron M. Foulke. He was preceded in death by father, David L. Foulke; mother, Elisabeth (Stout) Foulke; and brother, Richard L. Foulke. Thomas graduated from Binghamton North High School and went on to serve four years in the U.S. Air Force at Nellis AFB, Las Vegas and Ramstein AFB, Germany. Professionally, he was a State Trooper in Troup C, Binghamton, NY and worked in the Undercover Narcotics Unit, and the Bureau of Criminal Investigations (BCI). Thomas was also a graduate of SUNY Broome Community College, where he obtained a business degree and later opened a scuba diving business in Binghamton to train and certify divers. During his time in Southwest Florida, Thomas pursued a career in property management and managed the Montenero in Pelican Bay and Esperia in Bonita Bay during his tenure. In his spare time, Thomas enjoyed scuba diving, sailing, golf and traveling. A Celebration of Life Service will be held 1:00pm Saturday, February 26, 2022 at Naples Area Board of Realtors; 1455 Pine Ridge Road, Naples, FL.
